Farmer's Market -- 26 March 2012

Pink lady apples, garlic chives, normal chives, mint, large eggs, chicken empanda, cheese danish, Lincolnshire sausage, small cabbage, a lavendar plant, and a three-pound bison tongue.

Right now I have mole verde chicken in the oven, and the beef tongue -- for lengua tacos for the potluck at work tomorrow -- on the stove.

How did tacos turn out? Did you let co-workers know what the meat was (you did use the bison, didn't you?)?
