I had my first physical therapy appointment today. It looks like I will be able to afford the co-payments because I still have money in my HSA, which was a concern.
The therapist had me do a lot of foot stretches to evaluate how I'm doing. Good news, I do have a good bit of mobility/flexibilty, so it's just a matter of building up strength and stamina.
I have blocked out my sessions for the rest of February, and the most I might need to do is buy some sweatpants for the sessions (though find ones that fit is going to be a pain); from there, it's just a matter of getting to the physical therapy office on time.
