Sandwich loaf of country white bread, red plouts, wild sweet plums, ambrosia melon, yellow nectarins, magnes pears, honey peaches, .82 lbs of quark, and a peck of apples.

I'm cleaning and baking today and trying to figure out what I can serve for drinks, considering the handle to the lid of my teakettle snapped off this morning. I can get a replacement from Ace Hardware, but it will take a few days.

Also, my watch stopped on Friday -- this is the second time the battery died or disconnected, so I'm going to replace it, instead of get a new battery.

We are in Escondido CA so can't help resolve your problem. But surely you can still boil water in the kettle or in a different pot and pour the tea into something else - pitcher perhaps. We went to a muesum today that had lots of looms of all sizes and ages from about the late 1700s to about 1980. Some had been modified to operate with a computer or with a complressor. They also had some small looms that were either toys that worked or models similar to model stoves that tradesman used to have to show potential customers. They also had some looms for Japanese type weaving and used pieces of foam cut into circles to teach children that type of weaving. YOu would have enjoyed it.
