Farmer's Market -- 14 August 11

Batard of white bread, nectarines, donut peaches (yellow and white, no greens this week), apples (ginger gold and zestar), 3.5 l pork, bison chipsteak, poblano peppers, onions, and a chicken empanada.

I'm roasting some tomatillos now and will blister the peppers after that for the Pork Stew with Tomatillos and Poblanos. I may zing it up some by adding an Anaheim in as well. I'll put the recipe up later.
