Best dessert cup ever

2 tbsp marscapone
2 tsp cranberry honey
1/3 cup blueberries and black raspberries

Combine in small plastic container.
Let sit overnight in fridge.
Pack for brownbag lunch.
Bliss!

I bet it's good with blueberry honey too -- I generally buy the darker honeys instead the lighter fruity ones, but I might make an exception for marscapone-and-honey.

I am not the honey connoisseur you are (seriously, I don't know from honey), but if you want light, sweet, and fruity, Tupelo is the bomb. In my opinion. :-D
