Too Darned Fragile

I may have lost one of my tomatillo plants tonight. It twisted most of its stem off during a rainstorm and by the time I got home, the only thing to do was throw away the top third of the plant. I think there are sufficient leaves intact on what remains of the stem that it might recover, but last year the same thing happened and the plant died.

I might have to concede that tomatillos will have to wait until I get actual land I can plant in... darn it.

Also, I've felt lethargic all day, and might have to call in tomorrow and just sleep in until I don't feel like I've got cotton balls in my brains. I wish I could figure out if my ailing feeling is the change in the weather, hormones, or actually being sick. :P
