Almost finished...

I've got less than an inch to go before I do the toe's on cinco's birthday socks -- so of course I probably won't see her this weekend to give them to her, except by accident.

I need to seriously think about starting a cellulose-fiber project, because it's nearly too warm in the afternoons to knit socks now. The mornings are still cold enough, though.

are you still able to knit on the train or bus? Are you making the socks in the picture/icon?

I knit on the bus. My train ride is only 10 minutes.

Those socks are the ones I made Alex about 5 years ago -- the shiny Disco socks.
