Trying an experiment with bok choy, ginger root, and cubed bison tonight. Threw it together with some green onions, garlic, and soy sauce.

It smells pretty good -- maybe I should boil up some Japanese noodles and see how it goes...

Noodles are always good. Did you get bison at the farmers' market? We have lots of peaches and we'll need to find a good tree trimmer next winter or figure out to do ourselves so branches don't break. Many peaches have fallen and birds have fun eating. It has been hot and so some seem to ripen too fast.
