Savory Bread Roll

I had a batch of pizza dough in the freezer, so I let that thaw and started chopping vegetable for a savory bread roll

By then the dough was relaxed enough to work with, so I rolled it out to a rough rectangle, spread the veggies on it and topped it with mozarrella and pecorino romano

The I rolled it up, placing the seam side down on the baking sheet, and slashed the top

It baked very quickly, and not to messily

It was pretty tasty -- though I might try different cheeses next time. The flavor is still a little bland
