Sweet potato greens...

I am trying to eat dark leafy greens more often, but I don't actually enjoy the taste of most of them -- it's the vegatable equivalent of eating saltines, as far as I can tell -- you eat it to carry something that tastes better, like cheese or sauce. Spinach and chard are good in soups, but that's about it... :sigh:
Maybe I should buy a set of test strips and figure out if I'm a super-taster or not; it'd be nice to know if it's just my quirky body, or what...

Broccoli is okay if it's cooked lightly with oil -- which means I eat it at restaurants, and not at home. I can't manage to make it right, so it's not worth buy. Kind of like green beans...
