Homemade, that is.
First you start with the dough, which is fairly easy to make if you have live yeast.

While the dough is rising, you chop and saute some onions
and add some peppers and tomatoes when the onions get nearly cooked.
Then you roll out the dough, and let it rise a little bit on the baking sheet.

Then you add the topping, including cheese.

Halfway through the baking, you add some mozarella to top things off. And then you have lovely homemade PIZZA!

Date: 2009-08-16 03:06 am (UTC)Food stuff always activates my inner rat like whoa. Groucho Marx (the rat, that is) once leaned over to my plate and tried to drag away an entire bean burrito before I had time to react. A whole burrito, bigger than him. I don't know what he thought he was going to do with it--sleep on it, I suppose.
EDIT: In fact, come to think of it, I have a ball of fresh mozz in the fridge that will probably go south in a day or two if I don't use it, and many garden tomatoes, and some fresh but wilted basil...yeah, I have a feeling I might make pizza tomorrow!
