Pork Shoulder, Puerto Rican style

At least, according to How to Cook Everything.
marinated pork shoulder
turned to cooked pork shoulder
in 1.5 hrs at 350 F.
It smells of onion, oregano, and cider vinegar. I'm going to eat it with mashed potatoes tomorrow, possibly made with skimmed fat from tonight...
But right now, I'm going to slice off a hunk and have it with a slice of baguette.
