crafty_packratMade verde posole using the recipe from the Rancho Gordo posole booklet -- I had to substitute dried peppers for fresh because the grocery didn't have any fresh poblanos in stock. It's good, but extremely hot, so I am planning to make white chili from Bean By Bean and use the posole to heat it up.
And since it's Pi Day, I made Warm Chocolate Tarts from Small Batch Baking, because I want pie, but not a lot of pie.
