Farmer's Market Experiment

crafty_packratI picked up a bunch of asparagus and some sandwich steak yesterday at the farmer's market.
As soon as I got home, I pan steamed the asparagus, then tossed it in ice-water to cool down.
In the evening, I peeled, chopped and simmered some sweet potatoes, and then whipped them with my mixer when they were done.
I threw the steak into a skillet, cooking it, and then adding back the asparagus.
