Donut peaches, blackberries, blueberries, Black Amber plums, country white bread, cheddar bread, green onions, guanciale, Ginger Gold apples, cantelope, one empanada and a cheese danish.

Do you freeze the bread, or do you manage to consume it all in time?

Summer is amazing for the sheer variety of fruit. Until this week, there were *apricots* for sale, which I absolutely love.

These particular loaves were small ones, so I'll eat them up. Usually I get a large loaf and have to eat it up by Thursday or have it go bad.

I don't freeze it, because I don't have space, and the texture usually suffers anyway.
