Summer socks...

I started the Devon socks from Sock Innovation in Kollage Luscious in a plum color today. It's a bit tricky to work with, being only loosely plied. However, it's a cotton/nylon blend, which should be ideal for summer socks.

Hm, a loosely-plied sock yarn...doesn't sound like a fun knit. Are you having to knit it pretty tightly to make the kind of fabric you want for socks?

I nearly bought Sock Innovation, but held off, only to find it on the shelf yesterday at work. Hurrah!
