crafty_packratOne of the new vendors, North Mountain Pastures, was selling guanciale at the market today. I tasted it -- it is Bacon of the Gods. I'm going to make spaghetti carbonara and eat like a king this week.
They also have a meat CSA -- perhaps that would work if I could get a couple of people to go in with me... because I certainly don't need even three chickens a month, or 5 pounds assorted of beef, pork, chicken and lamb...
