crafty_packrat... so I'm making Mint Brioche before I eat all the bread I have in the house.
Let me tell you, kneading sticky dough for 12 minutes is quite a work-out. I'm glad that I'm into the 2 hours of rising, now.
Also, I am wondering if I'm going to get to work tomorrow, as the Metro is still closed today.
