ellen_fremedon, the Vegan Knitter, VK's parents, and greenygal. And we are planning to have Christmas dinner there as well -- I am looking around to see where I can get a goose (if all else fails, Butcher's Alley). Tentatively, the plan is goose, chestnut stuffing, spaetzle, springerle cookies, and quark cheesecake, with Ellen figuring out the vegetable and vegan dishes.
