Farmer's Market -- 28 January 2023 (Poplar Day, 9th of Rainy, Year 221)

Delmonico steak, leeks, mutsu apples, almond croissant, pan au raisin, 2 chicken pot pie handpies, 2 mushroom and swiss handpies, a chai latte scone, a peanut butter s'mores bar, a reese I love you to pieces cookie stack (reese's pieces in chocolate cookies), an extreme chocolate chip cookie stack, and a tripe peanut cookie stack.

I'm hoping to have a gathering at my apartment on February 19th, mostly as an excuse to make French cassoulet using the Rancho Gordo recipe; I've found a butcher in Bethesda where I can get duck legs in confit for it, and I think I can use Crab Apple Verjus from Lindera Farms instead of the white wine.
