Farmer's Market -- 08 May 11

Pink Lady and Braeburn apples, batard of white bread, cheese danish, chicken empanada, red bell pepper quark, asparagus, and plants -- Cuban oregano, Greek oregano, sweet majoram, lemon verbeena, two strawberry plants, serrated basil, curly leaf parsley, two Corsican mints, and a jack-in-the-pulpit.

I might pick up more mushroom this afternoon or tomorrow and make another batch of risotto.

Maryland Sheep and Wool Festival 2011

Yesterday I rode up to MdS&W with wolfshark, her spouse and her friend -- taking the back roads and winding state highways up. We got there at about 10 am, as planned.
