It's also called cream-line milk. I can get it at the farmer's market, the co-op or Whole Foods.
Basically, it gives me a bit of extra cream when I make ice cream. But the cream will float to the top and clog the bottle opening if you don't pierce it and shake the bottle up before pouring for the first time.
