Low ice cream energy

I have black raspberry, lemon verbena, and bing cherry made for the weekend. I can make peach tomorrow. Or maybe creme fraiche, if get the energy up to go to the Whole Food for that...

And I'm not sure how I could use fresh figs in ice cream anyway. Candied bacon is more obvious to me...

Peach. I wish I had time to make the creme fraiche, because I think it's an *excellent* ice cream, but given the limitations of my machine, no. :(
