Batard of white bread, cheese danish, chicken empanada, red bartlett pears, honeycrisp apples, quark, onions, ground bison, and bison NY strip steak.
I'll be making chile verde later today, and have the makings of tomato-based chili and mole verde (which I can freeze, I think) later.
It's gotten chilly here, so I'm digging out my scarves and mittens. :P
