Apples -- including a few extra for apfelkuchen -- eggs, ground buffalo for chili, dried hot peppers, onions, country white bread. I might go back and pick up more pea shoots and mushrooms later...

Well, I did pick living where do on a large part based on the farmer's market.

And this time of year, it's mostly apples, onions, and potatoes, with bread and cheese and meat if you want to spend a *lot* of money.
